People are not able to login to Windows Live (UVa student solution) at this time due to server side certificate issue which we are working to resolve now. This problem began at midnight GMT or 7pm EST on 11/21. Communications and Systems Division --- UPDATE: Microsoft has been contacted and the case has been escalated within their support system. We are waiting on a new certificate to be issued. Once we receive this, the problem should be resolved. --- UPDATE 2: Still waiting on the certificate issuance from Microsoft. A JVM internal exception on UVaCollab server "sakai8" occurred on Thurs, 19 Nov 2009 18:33:02, causing the server to unexpectedly crash and restart, abruptly ending the sessions of users who were logged into that particular server. Anyone logged onto the affected server would have experienced this exception upon their next click as a sudden redirect to the UVaCollab gateway to log in again. We regret any inconvenience to our users. ITC UVaCollab Support Team Last updated: 11/20/2009 13:07:23 |
